How it started
My journey into real estate began long before the license
I was born and raised in Marin County and spent 46 years living in Novato before moving to Petaluma, where I have now lived for more than 16 years. This area is not simply where I work; it is my home, and I have watched its communities and neighborhoods grow and change throughout my lifetime.
Before becoming a real estate agent, I spent approximately 20 years owning and operating an automotive repair business. That experience taught me the importance of listening carefully, solving problems, communicating honestly, and treating every customer fairly. My father taught me that your honor and reputation are among the most valuable things you possess, and I have carried those values throughout my life and career.
At around 40 years old, I decided to make a change and enter real estate. I wanted a career where I could use my experience, local knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to help people make important decisions and receive genuine value. More than 20 years later, that is still what motivates me.

Having lived in the country for much of my life, I understand wells, septic systems, drainage, soils, property lines, bare land, and the other details that can make country properties more complicated. My mechanical and construction knowledge helps me recognize issues that others may overlook.
My experience extends beyond traditional homes and condominiums. From a first single-family home to a 2-4 unit building to undeveloped acreage, I bring the same scrutiny to every transaction, and I work across a typical range of $400,000-$4,000,000.
